The company's standard contract of employment contains our policy on equal opportunities. This states:-

The company's policy is that all employees have the right to treated with dignity. Harassment will not be committed or condoned.

Any complaint concerning discrimination or harassment of whatever nature should be raised as a grievance under the company's grievance procedure."
