Whilst the staff are encouraged to use their own initiative in assisting our clients, the company does require that they have regard to internal procedures, working practices and systems.  Robert Long Consultancy is a relatively small organisation and at present these procedures, working practices and systems have not been subjected to accreditation to a formal standard.  However, they are based upon the European Standard EN ISO 9001:2000, and we place particular emphasis upon the following:-
