Robert Long Consultancy commissioned by Valpak 

Robert Long Consultancy Ltd has been commissioned by Valpak to research the types and quantities of commercial/industrial waste still not being recycled, especially packaging.  The will inform the process of meeting the Packaging Directive targets for 2006.  

In the first instance, RLCL are seeking existing data from analyses of commercial/industrial waste which is not being recycled, e.g. at commercial/industrial premises, transfer stations or landfills.
