An important distinguishing feature of our company is the considerable involvement we have in advising clients on commercial and business matters.

We advise landowners in relation to option agreements, royalties and leases for land with minerals and/or landfill potential. We have also negotiated the whole and partial sale of existing businesses and private companies on behalf of clients.

As well as acting for vendors, the company advises clients on the purchase of businesses and land. This includes the identification of acquisition targets, using sieve mapping and other site search techniques.
