Best Value

Best Value places a duty on local authorities to deliver services (including waste management) to clear standards - covering both cost and quality - by the most effective, economic and efficient means available.

The Government’s statutory performance standards for local authorities under the Best Value regime has boosted the demand for consultancy services in relation to local authority service contracts and Best Value reviews.

We act as expert technical advisors to local authorities in the development and procurement of new and innovative contracts.
